That is so weird that you told us about your Hurricane, and that night we watched the news and the exact same thing was going on here! Part of the east bench where we live didn't get any rain! That is why I didn't know anything about it. In Kearns they had waist high water, hale, lightning. People had to evacuate to shelters. It was everything you were telling us Tiff!
